Ticket Ownership Policy:
Please note, Sight & Sound enforces a strict ticket ownership policy for the privacy of our guests. The name under which tickets are booked is deemed the direct contracting party and the owner of the reservation. That person is Pastor Martin Fernandez, and he can be reached at [email protected].
There is no need to stop at the Box Office. Simply enter the theater and an usher
will direct you to your seat. Each person in the reservation must have their own printed ticket in hand. We encourage you to arrive 45 minutes prior to your showtime. Precisely at the beginning of show time, the theater doors will close. To ensure your safety, as well as the safety of our actors and animal actors, we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be seated right away or in their ticketed location. There will be no refunds for late arrivals.
FAQ & Important Policies
Will I be seated if I arrive late?
Missing any part of the show is no fun! While we understand this and would love to seat you immediately if you arrive late, we’re not always able to do so.
In order to ensure the safety of all our guests, actors, and animal actors (who use the aisles in darkened show conditions), we cannot guarantee that we will be able to seat you immediately. The theater doors will close promptly at show time. If you arrive after the start of the show, the House Manager will determine when and where you will be seated. Please know that we may not be able to seat you until intermission. To get the most out of your Sight & Sound Theaters experience, please plan to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled show time.
What special effects are used in DANIEL?
Strobe lights, high resolution LED screens, and atmospheric effects such as fog,
rain, and snow are used throughout our productions. For more information about the effects used during your specific performance, please call us at (800) 377-1277.
Can I bring a bag, backpack, etc.?
Large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the theater. The only exceptions is small bags, no larger than 9”x12”, diaper bags and necessary medical items. All bags are subject to inspection upon arrival. The use of cell phones, cameras, recording devices, and laser pointers are prohibited during the performance. Strobe lights, pyrotechnics, and other atmospheric effects are used on stage throughout the show.
If you have nut allergies, please be aware that we roast almonds in our lobby.
Should management decide to record this show, the recording may incidentally include members of the audience. By attending this show, you give consent to Sight & Sound and its affiliates to use the likeness of you and any children under your care for commercial and other purposes without compensation to you.
Can I bring my children or additional family /friends to this event?
This is scheduled as a New Beginnings Married Couples Meet Up. Tickets are sold in pairs because they are intended for Married Couples Only. Please refrain from
purchasing tickets if you are not married. Please do not purchase tickets for kids as there are limited tickets available.
